Day Five

1. No snacking. 3 meals max.
Two meals as usual.

2. You must wake up daily at or by 5 am.
Got up at 5:20ish?

3. Must take cold showers.
So refreshing after a workout.

4. No masturbation or internet pornography allowed.
Success.

5. Must do 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 body squats per day.
I'm still so sore... I did it though! I feel goooood.

6. Must dress your absolute best everyday.
German soccer jerseys are not fancy.

7. Must have and accomplish a to-do list for every single day.
Yes!

8. Keep correct posture and make eye-contact.
I did it!

9. Answer yes or no questions with "Yes" or "No" no explanations or excuses.
Um.... can't say that I remember...

10. Must keep a notebook and pen with you at all times.
Check.

11. You must have one specific goal. Every day you'll do something to help further your goal.
Went for a short drive. Better than nothing.

*12. Meditate for at least 10 minutes.
I've been feeling pretty good.

10/12!!
Soooo much better.
